Standard 60 minutes session after initial intake session

90 minute acupuncture session – Initial Assessment and Treatment Included.

60 minute acupuncture session – Follow-up treatments based on brief evaluation.

90 minute acupuncture session including:

• Consultation and evaluation
• Diagnosis and treatment plan
• Body acupuncture to balance energy
• Insertion of 40 to 70 ultra-fine facial needles to trigger collagen production
• Relaxing finish with gua sha or facial massage.

120 minute acupuncture session including:

• Consultation and evaluation
• Diagnosis and treatment plan
• Body acupuncture to balance energy
• Insertion of 40 to 70 ultra-fine facial needles to trigger collagen production
• Relaxing finish with facial cupping, gua sha and soothing oils.

A 90 minute laser treatment including:

• Consultation and Evaluation, Skin Prep – cleansing and exfoliation to remove makeup, oils, and dead skin cells, allowing light to penetrate effectively
• Eye Protection – the use of protective eye shields over the eyes
• Laser Exposure – gentle, low-power red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular regeneration and boost collagen production
• Post-Treatment Care – soothing serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen to rotect the newly stimulated skin

Note:  No Acupuncture will be included in this treatment.

30 minute herbal consultation – diagnosis and recommendations for herbal supplementation. Herbal formulas are an additional fee.

120 minute full-body massage

60-90 minute class taught by Dr. K. A. Shakoor.
