My ideal clients are young adults, adults, and older adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, trauma, or a sense of feeling stuck despite their best efforts. As both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with more than 35 years of experience, I bring a unique understanding of the connection between emotional and physical well-being. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, infertility, birth trauma, family dynamics, and major life transitions. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I also offer psychiatric medication management when appropriate, allowing clients to receive comprehensive, integrated mental health care tailored to their individual needs.
